Jazeera Airways is Kuwait's first private airline and the first low-cost carrier (LCC) in the Middle East, founded in 2004 and commencing operations in 2005. Headquartered in Kuwait City, the airline operates from its dedicated Jazeera Terminal (T5) at Kuwait International Airport, providing a streamlined passenger experience separate from the main terminal.

The airline operates an all-Airbus fleet of approximately 24 aircraft, primarily A320neo and A321neo, serving over 60 destinations across the Middle East, Indian Subcontinent, Central Asia, Africa, and Europe. Jazeera Airways carries approximately 4 million passengers annually and has positioned itself as the value alternative to the national carrier Kuwait Airways.

As a hybrid low-cost carrier, Jazeera Airways includes checked baggage and meals on most fares while maintaining competitive pricing. The airline is not part of any global alliance but operates its own Jazeerati loyalty program. Like Kuwait Airways, Jazeera is a dry airline with no alcohol served on any flight.
