About
EVA Air is a privately-owned Taiwanese airline headquartered at Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport near Taipei. Founded in 1989 by the Evergreen Group (also owner of Evergreen Marine), EVA has built a reputation for excellent service, safety, and its distinctive green-and-orange livery.
The airline serves over 40 destinations across Asia, Australia, Europe, and North America. EVA is known for its award-winning Royal Laurel business class, innovative Hello Kitty jets, and consistently high rankings in airline quality surveys—Skytrax has rated it a 5-star airline.
