Citilink is Indonesia's second-largest low-cost carrier and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Garuda Indonesia, the national flag carrier. Headquartered in Jakarta, Citilink operates over 330 daily flights serving 50+ destinations across Indonesia and select international routes to Southeast Asia, Timor-Leste, and seasonal services to Jeddah for pilgrimage traffic.

Established in 2001 as a low-cost brand within Garuda Indonesia, Citilink became a separate operating subsidiary in 2012 with its own airline codes, branding, and fleet. The airline operates an all-Airbus fleet consisting primarily of A320 family aircraft (both CEO and NEO variants), with ATR 72-600 turboprops for regional routes and A330-900neo for long-haul pilgrimage flights.

Unlike many ultra-low-cost carriers, Citilink includes 20 kg of checked baggage on domestic A320 flights, making it more generous than typical budget airlines in the region. The airline serves as the low-cost complement to Garuda Indonesia, offering affordable connectivity throughout the Indonesian archipelago.

• Weight: 7 kg maximum (cabin bag + personal item combined)
• Must fit in overhead bin

Personal Item (included within 7 kg limit):

• Combined weight with cabin bag cannot exceed 7 kg total

Important: The 7 kg limit applies to both items combined. Citilink may weigh cabin bags at check-in and boarding. Excess cabin baggage is charged IDR 250,000 ($16) per piece and loaded as checked baggage.
