About
Jet2.com is a British leisure airline headquartered at Leeds Bradford Airport. Founded in 2002 and launching flights in February 2003, Jet2.com has grown to become the UK's third-largest airline by passenger numbers, carrying approximately 18 million passengers annually to over 75 leisure destinations across Europe and beyond.
The airline is part of Jet2 plc, which also operates Jet2holidays, one of the UK's largest package holiday providers. This integrated model means Jet2.com primarily serves the leisure travel market, flying from UK regional airports to popular holiday destinations in Spain, Portugal, Greece, Turkey, Cyprus, Italy, and other Mediterranean countries.
Jet2.com has built a strong reputation for customer service, being named the only UK airline to receive Which? Recommended Provider status for 10 consecutive years. The airline consistently ranks highly in customer satisfaction surveys, winning multiple awards including Best Airline UK and Best Low-Cost Airline Europe at TripAdvisor Travellers' Choice Awards. Unlike ultra-low-cost carriers, Jet2.com includes a generous 10kg hand luggage allowance on all flights, positioning itself as a more customer-friendly alternative to competitors like Ryanair and easyJet.
Jet2.com is not a member of any airline alliance.
