About

ASKY Airlines is a Pan-African regional carrier based in Lome, Togo, operating as the leading airline connecting West and Central Africa. Founded in 2007 and launched commercially on January 14, 2010, ASKY was created to fill the gap left by the collapse of Air Afrique and other African carriers. The airline is headquartered at Lome-Tokoin International Airport (LFW), which serves as its hub.

Ethiopian Airlines holds a 40% stake in ASKY and provides technical, operational, and commercial support. This strategic partnership connects ASKY's extensive West African network to Ethiopian's global route system through Addis Ababa, giving passengers access to Star Alliance benefits through Ethiopian. ASKY's name derives from "African Sky" - reflecting its mission to connect the African continent.

ASKY operates a fleet of Boeing 737-700/800 and De Havilland Dash 8-Q400 aircraft, serving over 20 destinations across West and Central Africa. The airline has established itself as a reliable carrier in a region often underserved by air travel, offering full-service operations distinct from low-cost models common elsewhere.
